If your query is accounts related, we will be able to help you faster if you are able to provide:

  1. The account number shown on your invoice, or your username (your main Eftel e-mail address (e.g., and
  2. Any relevant invoice number.

How can I pay my account?

Eftel's new range of ADSL services are only available when you pay using our auto-payment service.

Eftel's Auto-pay is a convenient service which ensures that your Eftel account is automatically paid on the due date from your credit card, cheque or savings account. We will e-mail you a tax invoice so you can check how much you are paying. However, we will no longer send you a paper bill, so in addition to saving time, you'll be saving paper and the environment.

Best of all, Eftel auto-pay is free, and unlike many companies, there's no credit card surcharge. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club cards.

Download the auto-payment request form, then complete it and post it to us at the address listed on the form (no postage stamp is required).

For customers on our older internet plans, our alternate payment methods are:

  • Secure on-line credit card payment using MyAccount
  • BPAY. Biller Code: 798108 - Please refer to your invoice or contact the Accounts Department for your Customer Reference Number.
  • POSTbillpay – Take your posted invoice to the Australia Post.
  • Cheque or money order – please ensure you include the remittance advice from the bottom of your bill. Post to: Eftel, PO BOX 631 Collins St West VICTORIA 8007.
  • Telephone payments – 1300 550 550 - press 1 for Accounts.
